No matter where you are in your journey, we can give you the tools you need to pursue your passion. Our department offers three programs, each designed to prepare students to pass the rigorous exam to become Texas Certified Public Accountants and to make the most of their skills in their chosen fields.
Our Professional Program in Accountancy (PPA) lays the groundwork for undergraduate students looking to enter the workforce. We also offer a Master’s Program in Accountancy (MS ACCY) for students who have earned bachelor’s degrees in any area but are planning to transition into the accounting field. Our Certificate in Accountancy Program (CAP) provides a solution for students who need a quick but complete overview of the requirements for the Texas Uniform CPA exam. Whether you’re at the early stage of your education or trying to branch out from your current career into accounting, we have a place for you here at the Bauer College of Business.
