Cost & Payment Information
To secure a space in the program, students must submit a non-refundable $300 deposit. At this time to reserve a space, please email Dr. Abigail Hubbard at ahubbard@uh.edu, and state your intent to participate. A space will be reserved until early June, when everyone on the reserved list will be notified via email of deadlines for deposits and paperwork. Once that deadline is announced, your $300 deposit and all paperwork will be required to hold your space in the program. To access the paperwork requirements visit the Sign-Up Page
Deposit checks should be made out to University of Houston and turned in to Dr. Abigail Hubbard in Melcher Hall Room 310H. Checks must be accompanied by the forms You can also mail checks to:

- Hotel accommodations
- 6 nights, double occupancy

Program Cost Does Not Include:
- Airfare
- UH tuition and fees
COST SAVINGS
Students have found a number of ways to reduce their costs associated with this trip. First, some students use their frequent flier miles to save on airfare costs. Second, many students have convinced their employers to pay for the program as part of an employer's educational reimbursement program. Third, many students who apply for scholarships receive some money. Please note that some scholarships are not need based, so we strongly recommend that all participants apply for scholarships.
