Request for CAP Certificate
If this is your final semester in the Certificate in Accountancy Program and you have completed at least 10 (ten) courses in the CAP at the 5000 level, you are eligible for the Certificate.
To request the Certificate, please fill out the web form at https://www.bauer.uh.edu/acctcert/
Certificate requests will be processed after grades for the semester are posted. Certificates are usually mailed 4-6 weeks after the final grades are posted to the student's record.
