Laura Loverde
Laura began the Bauer MBA program in Spring 2005 and plans to concentrate in international business and finance. She has worked as an environmental consultant and has also held customer service positions in nonprofit social and educational organizations. In her last position at a pregnancy care center, she encountered many clients in need of affordable housing. She looks forward to contributing to the economic development mission at Avenue CDC through projects that address affordable housing and other community issues
Elizabeth Vallette (Liz)
Born in Houston and raised in Spring, TX. Graduated from Klein Oak HS. Attended the US Military Academy at West Point. Graduated and received Army commission in 1999. Served six years in the Army as a Quartermaster officer, dealing with military logistics and procurement state-side and abroad. Fulfilled military obligation and left service in Spring 2005. Now a full-time MBA student at UH.
