You are now ready for an undergraduate advising appointment! UBP has introduced online chat services to assist students with basic advising and course related questions. This time saving and convenient technology has allowed our Bauer advisors to assist students as far away as Pakistan!

"Chat makes it easier to point students in the right direction. Over the phone, we have to go through the detailed process of explaining how to get to a place on the website to find the information the student is looking for. On the chat, we can CAN commonly requested websites and send the student directly to the website they need. It also makes it easier to mutlitask with the chat feature-you can chat with a number of students at once; the students get immediate assistance, reducing their frustration level and increasing the Bauer staff's abilities to provide them with resources." - Advising Assistant, UBP.
