Our staff works as a team to provide reliable network connectivity, hardware, and software support, procurement of technology, web design and application development. Open from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, RICS will attempt to resolve your logged service request within 24 hours. |

Message from the Director
Hello all, I hope that the Spring semester is going well. As you will see in this edition, there have been some very exciting technology developments over the last few months.
Thanks to Dan Currie for his contribution on Desktop Searches for our New Technologies section. Also in Tips in Tricks: useful information on phishing…yes , that’s spelled correctly!
My favorite section, of course, is our featured faculty article. Our faculty continue to be leaders on campus in the use of Instructional Technology. Dr. McMahon and technology... Wow!!! I’m impressed!
