Business Career Fairs and mixers
The Business Career Fairs in the Bauer College of Business occur each Fall and Spring semester on the University of Houston campus. Although all majors' area welcomes to attend, the majority of the students attending are business majors.
The format consists of a luncheon, a reverse Career Fair and then the actual Career Fair. The reverse Career Fair provides employers a chance to meet the different student organizations, specialized programs and centers of excellence within Bauer College that their company may want to consider utilizing. The actual Career Fair occurs immediately after.
Employers interested in attending these events should:
- Access the Recruiting Events link in their Bauer Career Gateway account (create account first, if necessary)
- Register for the event(s) in which they are interested

The Business Career Fair also contains an MBA Recruiting Mixer the evening prior to the fair. At the mixer, employers can network and meet with MBA students who are actively seeking internships and full-time positions.
