Mentor Mixer

The Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship provides a resource to its students that is rarely offered in traditional University settings. We pride ourselves in providing our students with the opportunity to establish relationships with the highest caliber mentors who have associated themselves with our program.

The mixer is held annually in the Spring semester. Students have the unique opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs and business executives from the Houston Business Community.

Each student is matched with a mentor who fits their personality, likes/dislikes and who may also have an insight into the industry the student has chosen. The Mentor Mixer is held to accommodate “matching” our Entrepreneurship students with business owners who will mentor them throughout his/her involvement in the entrepreneurship program and help by sharing their experiences.

Induction Ceremony

Each new class is inducted into WCE through a formal ceremony held in January. Senior students award the esteemed WCE jackets to the incoming junior class. Family and friends are invited to watch as each student is welcomed to WCE. Stakeholders and professors alike are recognized at this prestigious event.
