The Benefits
Membership in The Honors College: Being in Bauer Honors is only one of the many benefits of being a member of The Honors College at UH! Honors College membership benefits also include Graduation with Honors, access to Honors residence halls, smaller classes, reserved social and study areas, priority registration, and more. Bauer Honors curriculum: Bauer Honors offers a wide variety of business courses reserved just for Honors students. Compared to large lecture halls, these classes are small (no more than 25 students) and offer a friendly, casual environment in which students and teachers can really get to know each other. Social and networking events: Bauer Honors is dedicated to providing our students with many opportunities to get to know each other, their professors, fellow alumni, and potential employers.
At events like the Freshman Fete, Bauer Honors mixer, Scheduling Bash, and Spring 'Stros Game, you’ll be able to meet with other honors students in your major, get to know your professors personally, and connect with Bauer Honors grads and Houston employers who can make the difference in your future job or internship search.
