COMING SOON…Spring ‘Stros Game!

The end of the spring semester means final exams, graduation, and the start of summer freedom from studying. Come and celebrate with your fellow Bauer Honors classmates at Minute Maid Park!
Free transportation, tickets, and food are all provided for Bauer Honors students, faculty, and staff, and guests can come at discounted rates. Go 'Stros!

Annual Fall Mixer - COMING UP!

Close-knit communities and networking opportunities are important for any college student. That's why the Bauer Honors Fall Mixer is the most important event the Bauer Business Honors Program hosts! It's also the largest - involving Bauer Honors students, faculty, donors, alumni, and staff as well as high school seniors interested in the program. The Fall Mixer gives you the opportunity to catch up with classmates, interact with faculty and staff, and make new friends.
Parking Information:  Everyone (including alumni, future students, and friends) can now park in Lot 1E (normally the Faculty/Staff Gated Lot) next to the Bauer College.  For maps of UH and where to park, click here.

Freshman Fete

Before every fall semester, Bauer Honors hosts the Freshman Fete for our incoming class!  This is a great opportunity to meet and socialize with your BH professors, upperclassmen, staff, and academic advisors.  Come hang out, eat food, win door prizes, and get cool gifts.  What more could a college student ask for?  An Evite will be sent out to all newly admitted Pre-business Honors College students in early August with more info.

Scheduling Bash

Every semester, Bauer Honors hosts the Scheduling Bash, an opportunity for all Bauer Honors students to get together and discuss their class schedules for the upcoming semester and swap ideas. As a Bauer Honors student, you'll get to interact with knowledgeable upperclassman to get the "inside scoop" about your schedule. Don't miss it!

Honors Retreat

Enjoy indoor and outdoor sports, games, and lots of hang-time at the Honors Retreat! Held every year before school starts in Navasota, TX, Retreat is the best way to meet new people and make friends as an Honors College student.  On Day 2 of Retreat, you also get to meet with other incoming Bauer Honors freshman, staff and academic advisors to learn more about the Bauer College and how to get involved.

Senior Honors Thesis and Research Information Session

Thinking about doing your Senior Honors Thesis? Want some ideas for research, or want to find out more about research opportunities and internships? This is the event for you! At the Info Session, you'll get valuable information from the University Research Coordinator, faculty, staff, and students about how to get started. Even if you're not sure of what your plans may be, it's recommended that you attend this session no later than the beginning to middle of your junior year.
