I would LOVE to see a survey system that allows the pre-slugging of information, such as demographic data, etc. Additionally, a system that tracks those that have completed the survey and automatically removes them from subsequent email reminders would be wonderful.

Still looking for another survey tool but in the mean time the Provost office partnered with Bauer to use the Best Survey tool. They loved the work Frank kelley did with the advising side and wanted do share his model! Way to go Frank
