TaxDiversity is pleased to announce that we will be holding our Spring
Campus Outreach Event at Texas Southern University in Houston, TX on
Saturday April 18, 2009 from 10:00am until 2:30pm. Our mission is to
help educate minority undergraduate students about the opportunities
and benefits of a career in the tax profession. The event will feature
presentations by successful young tax professionals who will be
available to answer questions that attendees may have. There will be a
networking session with refreshments after the presentations where
attendees can apply for three scholarships to be awarded on December
30, 2009 in the amounts of $1500, $1000 and $1000 as well as apply for
internship opportunities. Free parking and refreshments will be
provided.
