Deloitte developed Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to create an internal network to help employees confront the same challenges and issues. The local BRGs help Deloitte develop talent, reach out to communities, influence HR practices, recruit talent, contribute to the business strategy and enable our people to get involved in and better understand our organization.
