A message from Mindy Le, a student in the Accounting Program:
AIDS has created millions of orphans worldwide and
targets the most
defenseless persons in our society - our children. By
working locally,
we will make a global impact to the well being of our
children.
Please show your support by attending the joint benefit
for Alicia Key's
Keep A Child Alive <http://www.keepachildalive.org/> and the City of
Houston's State of Emergency Task Force (SOETF)
<http://www.itsrealhouston.org/> on December 20, 2008 at 7PM. Purchase

The Keep a Child Alive program seeks to provide
life-saving
anti-retroviral treatment, care and support services to
children and
their families with HIV/AIDS in Africa and the developing
world by
directly engaging the global public in the fight against
AIDS. Working
together with the City of Houston's SOETF, we will raise
the community's
consciousness through HIV/AIDS education and prevention.
